Carp in milk baked in the oven
Description
Baking roach in milk in the oven is easy. Actually, you can cook any fish this way. My recipe is very simple. For about 500 grams of roach, you'll need 250-300 ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of sour cream (I prefer the taste with both milk and sour cream, but you can omit the sour cream). Salt, pepper, and spices to taste. You can coat the roach before frying not only in flour but also in bran or breadcrumbs. Honestly, you can cook roach without milk too—replace it with cream or use only sour cream. It turns out delicious and aromatic anyway. I recommend giving it a try.
