Description
For this dessert, you can use coarsely crumbled sponge cake. But in my opinion, crumbs are more convenient to work with. Plus, the texture turns out more delicate and airy, as the crumbs absorb the liquid better. Give it a try

Chop the walnuts slightly and toast them. Let cool.
