Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Take a clean and dry blender bowl, place walnuts in it. Add the biscuit broken by hand. Blend thoroughly until the crumb-nut mixture becomes uniform.
- 2
Step 2

Melt the butter in a microwave or using a double boiler. Pour it into the mixture of cookie crumbs and nuts, which should first be transferred to a clean bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Thoroughly mix the mixture with the butter. Take a springform pan. Roll out the resulting dough, place it into the pan, forming the edges. Leave the pan in the refrigerator for forty minutes.
- 4
Step 4

While the cheesecake base is chilling in the refrigerator, take the gelatin and pour water over it. Let it swell thoroughly. This will take about half an hour.
- 5
Step 5

Place the cottage cheese into the blender container. Homemade cottage cheese is preferable, but store-bought will work fine as well. Add condensed milk to the cottage cheese. Blend thoroughly with the blender until completely smooth.
- 6
Step 6

Now dissolve the prepared and swollen gelatin over a water bath or simply in the microwave. Then add a couple of spoons of the cottage cheese-dairy mixture to it.
- 7
Step 7

After that, add all the gelatin to the mixture of cottage cheese and condensed milk. Mix thoroughly.
- 8
Step 8

Take your crust out of the refrigerator and fill it with the prepared filling. Refrigerate the cheesecake for three to four hours. Only after this time has passed should you remove the springform ring. Serve the finished cheesecake with tea or coffee.
