
Caramel Easter dessert
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can make cottage cheese caramel Easter dessert not only with dried apricots, as in this case, but also with any other additions—nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits. Before serving, you can drizzle the dessert with white chocolate glaze; it will be very delicious. The finished dessert can be served at the table.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a deep bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, condensed milk, and butter.

Beat everything until smooth.

Pour boiling water over the dried apricots for a couple of minutes, drain and chop. Add to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.

Line the mold with gauze and place the cottage cheese mixture inside.

Cover and place a small weight on top. Refrigerate. Every 6-8 hours, increase the weight so that the caramelized paska gradually releases excess liquid.
