Caramel panna cotta

Description

Colorful panna cotta is best prepared in hot summer when you crave something cold and delicious. The dessert is made in two stages, so you can pour the creamy jelly into molds the night before and make the caramel in the morning.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Use 10% or 20% cream, but not higher.

    Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat until almost boiling. Add the sugar and gelatin. Stir and let stand for 5–10 minutes to allow the gelatin to swell. Then stir thoroughly again, lifting the gelatin from the bottom.

    Transfer the mixture into a dessert cup or glasses, cups, and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

    To make caramel, pour sugar into a cauldron or saucepan with a non-stick bottom.

    Pour in the cream and lemon juice, place on the stove and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook the caramel until it turns a golden brown color. Turn off the heat and let the caramel cool slightly.

    Place it on top of the creamy jelly and put the dessert back in the refrigerator. Chill and serve.
