
Caramelized Carrots
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Besides carrots, you can use beets, onions, pumpkin, and other root vegetables. Serve the carrots after they have cooled, garnished with fresh herbs. Since this vegetable is inexpensive and available year-round, this side dish or appetizer is always suitable and convenient. Serve warm.
