Caramelized strawberries
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For this recipe, choose small and firm strawberries; otherwise, they will slide off the skewers. Lemon juice will prevent the caramel from crystallizing. If you don't have lemon juice, add a little lemon acid to the water. Do not stir the syrup while preparing the caramel, as it will immediately start to crystallize. Also, make sure no sugar crystals from the sides of the pan fall into the caramel. Wipe them off carefully with a clean, damp cloth. The finished dessert can be served immediately.
