Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'll tell you more details below. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Pour the allulose into a saucepan with a thick bottom or a skillet with high sides.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the water. Wait for the water to spread through the allulose; do not stir.
- 4
Step 4

Bring to a boil over medium heat. When the first bubbles appear, add a few drops of lemon juice.
- 5
Step 5

Next, wait until allulose begins to take on a light caramel color.
- 6
Step 6

Remove the skillet from the stove, add the butter, and whisk until smooth.
- 7
Step 7

Then begin pouring in the cream. If there are sugar lumps remaining at the bottom, return the pan to the stove and heat for a couple of minutes to dissolve them.
- 8
Step 8

At the end, add vanilla flavoring and a pinch of salt.
- 9
Step 9

Pour the finished caramel into a jar, cool it, and store it in the refrigerator. Caramel made with allulose is ready!
