Cabbage Pour-Over Pie in a Frying Pan
Description
This recipe won’t take much time. The pie really comes together very quickly and easily, and you end up with perfectly respectable baking. Tender dough and a juicy, fragrant filling will leave no one indifferent. You won’t need an oven for this bake, because the pie is baked right in a frying pan. The filling is covered with liquid batter, which is why this type of pie is called a pour-over pie. Simple, fast, and without much fuss! The dough itself is really good too, so feel free to experiment with the filling.
