Description

This recipe will not take much time. Incredibly tasty cabbage waffles can be made for breakfast or served with a hot dish at lunch. The batter is quick and easy to prepare, and then the electric waffle iron will do the rest for you. Serve the waffles with sour cream! Delicious, simple, and fast. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare the ingredients you need for cabbage waffles. It is preferable to use young cabbage. If you use winter varieties, blanch the cabbage leaves for a few minutes in boiling salted water.

    To make the waffles, you can finely shred the cabbage, grate it, or chop it in a blender. I use the last option. Cut the cabbage into small pieces.

    Place the cabbage and greens (you can use whatever you like) in the blender bowl. Grind into fine crumbs.

    Add chicken eggs and salt to the chopped cabbage.

    Add the flour and blend in the blender for another minute, until all the ingredients are combined.
