
Cabbage pancakes with kefir
Description
To me, they taste very much like cabbage-filled buns, except these require much less effort. Give them a try—this recipe is simple, yet it's on my "favorite recipes" list. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Prepare the ingredients for the pancakes.

2. Finely chop the young cabbage, grate the carrots, and finely chop the onion. Mix together and season with salt.

3. Place the cabbage and vegetables in a saucepan and simmer until tender. You can add a couple of tablespoons of water.

4. Chop the dill.

5. Prepare the dough. Mix the kefir with dill and egg.

6. Add flour and baking soda (if the kefir is quite sour, vinegar is not needed; if it's store-bought, it's better to pour in a teaspoon of vinegar to neutralize the baking soda).

7. Mix the dough until smooth.

8. Add the warm cabbage with carrots and onions.

9. Mix. If the dough is too runny, add another spoonful of flour.
