Cabbage casserole in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. One of the undeniable advantages of a multicooker is that its owners don't fear summer heat — even during peak July temperatures, you can prepare your favorite dishes without using the oven. When young cabbage season starts, I take full advantage of it — I adore cabbage pies, buns, and casseroles so much that I can't go long without them!;) If you feel the same, try this simple recipe for cabbage casserole in a multicooker. Recipe: Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and finely shred it. Beat the eggs, then add kefir, melted butter, salt, spices, and breadcrumbs. Mix this liquid mixture into the cabbage and stir well. Optionally, you can add finely chopped smoked meat or previously sautéed mushrooms. Grease the multicooker pot with oil and pour in the mixture. Top with grated cheese. Cook on the "Stewing" setting for 30 minutes, then switch to the "Baking" setting for another 30 minutes. Cut the ready casserole into portions directly in the multicooker (it will be much easier to serve, and seconds, which will undoubtedly be requested, will stay warm) and serve garnished with finely chopped dill. And of course, with sour cream — cabbage loves it!;) Serve the finished dish immediately.
