Cabbage stewed with pork ribs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I think the most important thing for this recipe—braised cabbage with pork ribs—is to add the cabbage at the right time. Your main goal is to have both the meat and the cabbage perfectly cooked. For this reason, I recommend searing the meat over low heat—yes, it will take longer, but you'll be sure the meat will be ready just in time with the cabbage. Otherwise, this is a very simple and undemanding recipe for cabbage braised with pork ribs. I highly recommend it. Serve hot.
