Ever since this smart appliance appeared in our home, I've been cooking almost everything in it. As for the dish itself, I can say that the recipe is basically classic, and I haven't added anything new, but the result is very tasty and juicy cabbage that's impossible to resist. We will need about half of a medium cabbage head. Rinse it and finely chop, then place into a deep bowl.

Now peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater, then add them to the shredded cabbage.

To make the cabbage softer and release its juice, we need to gently massage it by hand. Then we salt it, add sugar and ground black pepper, and mix thoroughly.

Cut the meat into cubes, finely chop the onion, and sauté them together in the multicooker with a small amount of oil for 15 minutes.

Add cabbage and carrots to the meat, mix well, and cook in "Baking" mode for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then set the "Stewing" mode and set the time for 40 minutes.
