Stewed cabbage with chicken gizzards
Description
Chicken gizzards aren't very popular due to their toughness and relatively long cooking time. But if prepared properly, this dish turns out truly delicious and will win over everyone in your household. That's exactly what happened at my place—even my rather picky child asked for seconds.
