
Cabbage with rice in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cabbage with rice cooked in a multicooker is an extremely low-calorie dish—100 grams contain only 98 kcal. Turn on the multicooker and select the "Stewing" mode. Place finely chopped onion and grated carrot (using a medium grater) into the bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of water and stew for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, add the finely shredded cabbage to the vegetables, pour in half a cup of water, and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Then add well-washed rice, the remaining water, spices, and salt to the vegetables. Simmer for 25 minutes (until the rice is cooked) on the "Pilaf" setting.
