1. Wash the meat, cut into small cubes. Sauté over medium heat in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add tomato paste and cook for another 30 minutes. Note: For fresh cabbage, you can add tomato paste right away and set the cooking time directly to one hour.
