Description

The baked goods are quick and easy to make. Children will especially love the colorful, tasty cupcakes, since they adore such treats. Baking is especially handy when children won’t eat those healthy berries fresh. Just add a bit more sugar and caramel if the currants taste tart. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Prepare the ingredients listed. You may use fresh or frozen currants, and instead of butter you can use spread.

    Crack the chicken eggs into the bowl of a food processor or mixer, add the sugar and salt, and beat for 4–5 minutes until light and foamy.
