
Gluten-free cupcakes
Description
You can boldly substitute butter with margarine. You can frost cupcakes not only with buttercream but also any other kind—for example, cream cheese or chocolate. Instead of sprinkles, waffle confection flowers or sugar ones will work. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat an egg into a bowl, add sugar, and add the butter.

Add rice flour.

Add the raisins. Mix everything together.

Divide the dough among molds greased with vegetable oil.

Bake the cupcakes in an oven preheated to 190°C for 20–25 minutes.

In a bowl, combine 100 grams of butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat everything well with a mixer.

Decorate the finished cupcakes with frosting, using a piping bag and a “Star” tip. Sprinkle them on top with colorful sprinkles.
