1. Cut off the white part of the leek stem, about 10 cm.

4. Finely chop the remaining inner part and sauté until soft with a spoonful of olive oil.

5. Prepare the filling: mix chicken mince, egg, and fried onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add dried basil.

6. Fill the leek tubes, place them in a greased baking dish, and lightly coat with sour cream or mayonnaise. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

7. Let's prepare the sauce. Sauté finely chopped onion until lightly golden, then add finely chopped garlic. Sauté for one to one and a half minutes.
