Then add the sauce (you can use store-bought sauce or make your own by blending fresh tomatoes without the skin). Season with salt and pepper to taste, add spices. Simmer the sauce over medium heat for a short while, then set it aside.

2. Heat a small amount of oil in a separate skillet. Add the meat filling and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until almost done.
