Cannelloni with mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Last autumn was rich in mushrooms, so for almost a whole year I've been cooking various delicious dishes with them, and I'm happy to share one of these recipes with you. Today I want to show you how to make mushroom cannelloni—an excellent dish for a family dinner or even a romantic evening. I used three types of mushrooms here, but of course you can stick to just one, for example, use only button mushrooms in the filling, as they are always available in stores. As for the dish itself, I'd like to say this: despite its simple preparation, the taste of these pasta is excellent. I'm sure you'll love it, and this recipe for mushroom cannelloni will come in handy for you again and again. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

First, thaw the oyster mushrooms, rinse them under cold water, and squeeze them to remove excess moisture.
- 2
Step 2

We do the same with the boletus mushrooms. Mine were already pre-boiled, so they don't need to be cooked any further now.
- 3
Step 3

We also wash the mushrooms and slice them into pieces.
- 4
Step 4

Chop the thawed oyster mushrooms.
- 5
Step 5

And white mushrooms.
- 6
Step 6

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan and add the mushrooms. Fry them until the moisture has evaporated.
- 7
Step 7

Then add the oyster mushrooms and continue frying together.
- 8
Step 8

Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 9
Step 9

Place it on the frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 10
Step 10

Add the white mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, mix everything, and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- 11
Step 11

Place the cannelloni to boil in the middle of the preparation process. Cook them according to the instructions on the package, salt the water and add a little olive oil (0.5 tablespoon).
- 12
Step 12

Pour the cream into the pan with the mushrooms, mix everything and simmer over low heat.
- 13
Step 13

When the cream sauce begins to thicken, add the chopped basil leaves to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 14
Step 14

We drain the cooked cannelloni on a colander, and once they have cooled slightly, we fill them with the mushroom stuffing. Arrange the stuffed pasta in a baking dish.
- 15
Step 15

Sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese grated on a coarse grater.
- 16
Step 16

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Now this delicious dish is ready to be served.
