First, prepare all the ingredients: separate the broccoli into florets and boil for 2-3 minutes; rinse the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Place a frying pan over heat, melt the butter in it, add slightly crushed garlic cloves and sauté briefly, then remove them.

Now place the mushrooms in the pan and fry over high heat for 8-10 minutes, then pour in the cream.

After about 2 minutes, add the broccoli, season with salt and pepper, mix well, remove from heat, and cover the pan with a lid.

Now we need to boil the cannelloni until they are almost cooked but still hold their shape and don't fall apart in your hands. This usually takes 6-8 minutes, but be sure to follow the cooking time recommended on the package. Rinse the cooked cannelloni under cold water and dry them.
