Canapés with pickled cucumber and bacon

This recipe won't take much time. 1. First we'll prepare all the ingredients separately, then combine them into canapés. Cut identical squares from toast and hard cheese. You can use a cookie cutter for this. 2. Blend the pickled cucumber in a blender until you get a paste. 3. Cut the bacon into small pieces similar in size to the hard cheese and toast squares. 4. Spread the pickled cucumber paste on one toast square. 5. Cover with a second toast square. 6. On top of it—a piece of cheese. 7. Place the bacon on the cheese. 8. Top the canapé with half a cherry tomato. 9. Secure everything with canapé skewers. And there you have a neat, attractive canapé appetizer with pickled cucumber and bacon.
