Canapés with Herring and Tomatoes
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Canapés can be made on either a lightly toasted slice of bread or store-bought croutons. Cucumber works well not only pickled, but also marinated or fresh. Mayonnaise can be replaced with your favorite white sauce that you prefer. Can be served warm or chilled.
