Canapés with Herring and Eggs
Description
One way to make interesting canapés for a holiday table or buffet. The most important thing is to clean the herring well, removing the bones. Boil the vegetables and let them cool (eggs too). The potato will be the base of the "little boat," and the herring serves as the "sail." These canapés are not only interesting but also very simple and tasty. Serve the appetizer at the table.
