Canapes with Tomatoes
Description
Canapés are my weakness! Because they are a quick, tasty appetizer—and beautiful too! I especially fell in love with these tomato canapés! They take a little effort, but it is worth it! Try them yourself. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

We will need the soft crumb of a loaf of bread. Cut a triangle from the slice and divide it into two halves.
- 2
Step 2

Place the triangles on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3
Step 3

Keep the slices in the oven for literally two minutes! Until golden brown! I advise you not to step away from the oven.
- 4
Step 4

Heat the skillet and add a little vegetable oil. Add the tomatoes and sear them on all sides, turning every 10 seconds.

Step 5

Meanwhile, pour the balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and heat until it begins to boil. Remove from the heat one minute before it boils. The balsamic sauce should turn into a thick glaze. Place the tomatoes on a plate and let them cool.

Step 6

When all the ingredients are ready, you can make the canapés! On each piece of bread, place a basil leaf, then a tomato, then drizzle with balsamic glaze. - The canapés are ready!
