
Canapés with Olives and Cheese

To cut feta evenly—the cheese may crumble—you need a very sharp knife and quick movements. Olives can be replaced with pitted olives or lemon-stuffed olives. Can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making canapés with olives and cheese. Drain the liquid from the olives, wash the cherry tomatoes, and pat them dry.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Cut the feta into cherry tomato-sized cubes.

Using a toothpick, pierce an olive, then thread a cherry tomato half cut-side up through the center and insert it into the cheese. Garnish the canapés with herbs and serve.
