Canapés with Marmalade and Cheese

I want to point out right away that this recipe for canapés with marmalade and cheese is well suited for all kinds of children’s parties or “adult” buffets or corporate events. But if you’re planning to serve this appetizer at a “classic” feast with aspic and potatoes, I don’t recommend it. After all, there’s nothing to be done about it — if there are more filling dishes, your canapés may well remain untouched on the plate; that’s just human nature. 1. Everything is very simple. Slice the lemon into very thin wedges, one for each canapé you plan to make.

2. Cut the cheese into cubes or slices in the same amount.

3. The same with marmalade. If you end up with fewer pieces of marmalade than pieces of cheese and lemon, cut it into halves or quarters.
