Canapés with Shrimp and Cucumber
Description
This recipe won't take much time. 1. First, boil the shrimp. Peel off the shells. It's better to use shrimp that haven't been cleaned yet; those that are already prepared are better suited for salad than for canapés. 2. Now wash the cucumber. Slice it into thick rounds. 3. Cut the Mozzarella cheese into small pieces, but fairly thick as well. 4. Prepare skewers for canapés or toothpicks. 5. First, thread on a slice of cucumber. 6. Then the Mozzarella cheese. 7. After that, the shrimp. 8. Drizzle the canapés with olive oil. 9. Sprinkle with dried basil. And there you have it—canapés with shrimp and cucumber! Delicious and very pretty! As a holiday approaches, everyone racks their brains trying to figure out how to surprise family and guests. For me, canapés will always be the most beautiful and most impressive appetizer. These wonderful little sandwiches whet the appetite with both their flavor and their look. And there are so many kinds of canapés—you couldn't make them all. But be sure to try canapés with shrimp and cucumber; they look gorgeous on a festive table and are incredibly tasty! Enjoy! Serve with greens and sauce.
