Canapes with avocado
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. 1. First, make the filling. Wash the avocados, cut them open, and remove the pits. 2. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh into a blender bowl with a teaspoon. 3. Grate Parmesan cheese into the same bowl. 4. Finely chop the arugula and add it to the cheese and avocado flesh. 5. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Cut off the tops and scoop out the flesh. Add the scooped flesh to the blender bowl as well. 6. Blend everything. Stir with a spoon and blend again. 7. You will get a cream. Spoon it into the hollowed cherry tomatoes with a teaspoon. 8. Make sure the tomatoes do not tear. Do not skimp—let a little cream stick out of the tomatoes rather than not having enough inside. 9. Arrange the filled cherry tomatoes on a nice plate. Insert cocktail picks so guests can easily enjoy the avocado canapés. Even though the cream goes into cherry tomatoes, I consider avocado the main ingredient of these canapés. This wonderful cream can also be spread on toast or served with a meat platter. If you feel like it and enjoy the avocado cream, experiment. For now, enjoy these beautiful, delicate avocado canapés. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
