Canapés on skewers
Description
For canapes you will need white bread, sausages, a cucumber, cheese, and mayonnaise. You will also need a cookie cutter or any other mold that can give the bread and cheese a round shape. Assemble the canapes and serve them at the table. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the canapés. It's better to use day-old bread, as it's easier to cut, but not stale.
- 2
Step 2

Take a round cookie cutter. This will be the base for the canapé, the "little face."
- 3
Step 3

Using the same cutter, cut out hard or processed cheese. Then slice it into thin pieces with a knife.
- 4
Step 4

Simply slice the sausages into rings.
- 5
Step 5

We start assembling the canapés. Place the bread on a cutting board.
- 6
Step 6

Lightly spread them with a little mayonnaise. Do not use too much mayonnaise, or the cheese will slide around on the bread.
- 7
Step 7

Next, arrange the cheese slices.
- 8
Step 8

From whole sausages, arrange the "snouts", and from halves—the "ears". Trim the cucumber to size and insert it. Use mayonnaise to draw the eyes, nose, and mouth.
- 9
Step 9

The canapés are ready!

Step 10

Transfer them to small plates, garnish with herbs. Insert toothpicks. This amount of ingredients yields 10 canapés.
