1. Cut the baguette into serving-size pieces; you can lightly dry them in the oven. Use a shot glass to cut out the base for the canapés.

2. Mix the cheese with the herbs, and, if needed, with salt and spices. Spread the resulting paste on the baguette slices.

3. Now skewer a piece of salami from the side, an olive, and secure it with a second piece of salami on the other side, as shown in the photo.
