Onion and Caviar Canapés

Description

Perfect for the table and with drinks. Peel the onion and cut it into quarters. Divide the scallion into large pieces (bases for the appetizer) and small ones (for garnish). On each large piece of onion, place a spoonful of sour cream, top with a small piece of scallion, and dress with caviar. Garnish with dill and ground pepper. Serve with greens and sauce.
