
Pancake Canapés
Description
Pancakes with red fish were loved and eaten with great pleasure even in Old Rus. I think guests will greet such pancake canapés on skewers with enthusiasm! A magnificent appetizer, very tasty and filling, and it looks festive too. Such canapés are fit to put on the table.

1. In a deep bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, egg, and warm milk.

2. Beat the dough until smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.

3. Heat a skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil. Using a teaspoon, form small round pancakes from the batter and fry for about a minute on each side.

4. Cook the pancakes over medium heat so the batter doesn't burn.

5. In a separate container, mix horseradish cream, dill, and ground black pepper. Serve the blinis with this sauce, garnished with smoked salmon.
