Canapés
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. This appetizer is very easy to prepare and looks great on the table. Moreover, you won't need to buy expensive ingredients such as bacon, shrimp, or caviar, which are often used for making canapés. Try this version of buffet-style mini sandwiches—you're sure to like it. Serve with fresh herbs and sauce.
Instructions

Step 1
Wash the cucumbers and slice them into rounds about 1–1.5 cm wide. With a sharp knife, trim the skin from each one. I recommend peeling the cucumber this way so the sides of the rounds are even.

Step 2
Now use a sharp knife or a suitably sized cutter to cut the core out of each slice, removing the seeds. Put the cucumbers in the refrigerator for now.

Step 3
Now in a blender, combine the cheese, butter, mustard, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Add pepper and salt to taste, and blend everything into a creamy mixture.

Step 4
Now spread a thin layer of some of the prepared cream on the bread slices. Then cut circles from the bread exactly the size of the cucumber circles. Transfer the remaining cream to a piping bag or a plastic bag with a small hole cut in one corner.

Step 5
Place the cucumbers on the bread rounds, and fill the hollow in each cucumber round with the remaining cream. All that remains is to arrange it on a serving plate and garnish the appetizer. Serve it to the table immediately.
