Flounder breaded and pan-fried
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Today we have flounder fried in breadcrumbs in a pan. The dish is very simple and quick to prepare. In my case, the process was slightly complicated because I got starry flounder instead of regular flounder. Regular flounder has delicate skin that only needs to be cleaned of small scales and washed. However, starry flounder has thick skin covered with spines on both sides of the fish. You can't clean this kind of flounder—you simply need to remove the skin. Doing so is easy. Other than that, cooking fried flounder presents no difficulties. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients for cooking fried flounder.

Step 2

Clean and gut the flounder, then rinse it. If you have regular flounder, there's no need to remove the skin. But if it's the type like mine, remove the skin to get a fillet on the backbone.

Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides.

Then coat in breadcrumbs.
