Flounder in batter
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Overall, this is quite a simple recipe for flounder in batter, and using the same method you can cook absolutely any fish, but I specifically made flounder and decided to share my experience with you. Many people marinate this fish in lemon juice to get rid of its specific taste, but personally, I like it just the way it is, so I simply fry it in regular batter—it takes little time and the result fully meets expectations. Now I'd like to tell you how to do it. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Naturally, the fish needs to be cleaned and thoroughly washed. Then cut it into small pieces about 3 centimeters wide.

Step 2

Put flour into a plate and add 3 pinches of salt, mix well.

Step 3

Into a separate plate, break the eggs and beat them with a fork or whisk. Add a little salt and spices, then mix again.

Step 4

Heat oil in a skillet. Dip the flounder pieces first in egg, then in flour; you can repeat this process several times. Place the fish in the skillet and fry over medium heat for 5–7 minutes on each side.

Step 5

When the fish turns golden, place it on a plate with any side dish. A light vegetable salad goes especially well.
