Flounder in foil
Description
If you want to treat your guests, you can prepare flounder in foil following the classic recipe and in whole form. Cooking it in foil makes it absolutely delicious, and to get a golden crust, unfold the foil 10 minutes before it's done and let the fish bake uncovered.

Step 6

6. Wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven for half an hour. The temperature should not exceed 170 degrees.

7. Any baked fish goes well with lemon, so garnish the fish with this fruit before serving and even sprinkle it with lemon juice.
