Today, for example, I prepared flounder for lunch, so I'd like to share my recipe for steamed flounder in a multicooker. The result is a tasty, healthy, and low-calorie dish – perfect for those who are watching their figure.

Take the fish, cut off the tail, fins, and head, remove the innards. Rinse under running water.

Cut the fish into portion pieces.

Peel the onion, wash it, and slice into half-rings.

Place the fish on a sheet of foil, season with salt and pepper.

Place the onion on top of the flounder. Wrap the foil tightly into a sealed packet.
