
Camembert in a bread crock with potatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Camembert in a bread pot with potatoes. For this recipe, it's best to use small potatoes—I used young ones. Boil the potatoes in their skins or peeled, as you prefer. Then wrap the boiled potatoes in thin strips of bacon. You can use either raw or smoked bacon. Serve hot.

Wash the young potatoes well and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, take the Camembert, mine is triangular in shape.

I cut out a round shape the size of the bun.

Cut out the inner crumb of the bun and tightly line it with cheese. Make longitudinal cuts on the surface of the cheese.

Slice the garlic clove into thin pieces and insert into the slits.

Peel the skin off the potatoes, arrange bacon strips, and place the potatoes at the edge.

Wrap each potato in bacon, secure with a toothpick, place the buns and potatoes in a baking dish, and spray everything with olive oil. Put it in the oven.
