High-calorie buns
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. You can confidently make these buns with a filling—for example, raisins, poppy seeds, dried apricots, or thick jam. Fresh yeast will work instead of dry yeast. To help the dough rise faster, put it in a turned-off oven and cover the top with plastic wrap or a waffle-weave towel. Serve with tea or coffee.
