Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. I generally love various breaded foods; I really enjoy the crispy coating on them, and this recipe for breaded squid can be considered almost classic. This appetizer is made very quickly and requires a minimum of ingredients, yet its taste is truly excellent. Such a treat can be served with beer, as well as with wine and other beverages. First, thaw the squid and dip it in boiling water for about a minute, then clean the membrane off the squid.

After that, cut the squid into rings 1–1.5 cm wide and sprinkle with salt.

Next, we beat the eggs in a bowl and pour rice flakes into another one.

Then heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip the calamari rings first in beaten eggs, then in flakes, and fry them in the hot oil until a crust forms. Serve the finished rings with a vegetable salad or your favorite sauce. Enjoy your meal!
