Squid in Batter, Pan-Fried
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. I highly recommend a great way to make battered squid in a pan with a splash of vodka. The batter turns out very crispy and airy. You can also add a little spice to the batter. You can fry them either deep-fried or in a small amount of oil, but the first option is preferable.
