Squid in an air fryer
Description
The recipe for preparing squid in an air fryer is quite simple. I have no doubts: you will definitely cope with all the difficulties! The only thing is, when baking in an air fryer, don't skimp on the extra oil; otherwise, my "kebabs" stuck firmly to the skewers, and I had to scrape them off with a knife, just like meat from a shawarma spit! Make sure to oil both the skewers and the squid themselves before cooking.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Without using heat treatment, wash and clean the squid body. Cut the squid first into rings, then cut the rings open to get long strips.

Step 2

2. In a separate bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients: this will be the marinade. Add the strips to it and let them marinate for an hour in a warm place.

Step 3

3. Scrape off the remaining solid particles from the marinade, thread the squid strips onto skewers. Cook in the air fryer on the middle rack, placing a plate with marinade underneath to catch drips. Set speed to medium, temperature to 205 degrees. Roast for 4-6 minutes.

Step 4

4. This is what they should look like! You can, by the way, drizzle them with the leftover marinade when serving, or leave them "naked," as I did.
