Squid stewed with mushrooms, onions, and cheese
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. When working with squid, the main thing is not to subject it to prolonged heat treatment, otherwise, instead of a tasty and tender delicacy, we'll end up with rubbery and completely inedible seafood. This dish won't harm your figure if you choose low-calorie sour cream and cheese. It's simple and quick to make. Let's get started. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. First of all, we start by preparing all the ingredients. Pour boiling water over the squid and peel it. If not peeling, be sure to boil it by immersing in boiling water for 1 minute.

Step 2

2. Slice the cleaned squid body into thin rings.

Step 3

3. Rinse the mushrooms under running water, peel off the skin, trim the edge of the stem, and cut the mushrooms into medium pieces (you can use any mushrooms of your choice).

Step 4

4. Grate a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 5

5. Peel the onion, wash it, and cut it into cubes of the same size as the mushrooms.

Step 6

6. Place the pan on the heat and add a little refined oil. Once heated, add the onion, then add the mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates.
