Squid, Deep-Fried
Description
The recipe won't take much time. In this recipe, I use a mix of semolina, corn flour, and regular flour. This way, you get a crispy crust when frying. Before serving, the calamari should be thoroughly patted dry with paper towels to remove excess fat. Serve them right away—they cool quickly. You can make any sauce to go with them or simply drizzle with lemon juice. Serve with herbs and sauce.
