
Italian-style stuffed squids
Description

Tender squid with a juicy filling based on rice and cheese, stewed in a tomato-onion sauce with a delicate aroma of rosemary—this is what Italian-style squid is all about. Clean the squid bodies. Remove the tentacles and chop them.

Add the chopped tentacles, grated cheese, and a garlic clove (pressed) to the cooked rice, then mix.

Fill the squid bodies with the stuffing, adding one teaspoon of water into the filling of each squid. If necessary, secure the squid with toothpicks.
