Korean-Style Squid with Beans
Description
If you love squid and Korean salads, you will enjoy this appetizer. If desired, you can add raw carrots, grated on a Korean carrot grater. Add hot pepper to taste; I made it moderately spicy. A tasty and interesting salad with a bright, rich flavor. Serve with greens and sauce.
