Cheese Callas
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Cheese quenelles can be served as a standalone appetizer or used to garnish various dishes. This appetizer is literally made in a hurry, and the ingredients are the simplest and most accessible. With the upcoming holidays approaching, I recommend taking a closer look at this recipe and keeping it in mind. A very tasty, budget-friendly, and at the same time elegant dish. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Insert a strip of bell pepper into the center of each roll, and garnish the finished calla lilies with greens as desired.
